KONOS Strengthens Effectivity of the Karlovy Vary Municipal Police

The Karlovy Vary Municipal Police is currently using the KONOS dispatching system in its operation and information centre. This solution, developed by TTC MARCONI, enables the unification of all communication technology into one dispatching terminal with continuous operation and access to important voice services. KONOS is also linked to the 156 hot-line and is integrated with the MP Manager application, a portal information system for municipal police. The dispatching system provides the police with a detailed overview of all calls and messages, including history, records, filtering and playback options. Thanks to these features, KONOS contributes to better coordination and effectivity, which will be shown by faster and more accurate police intervention in the crisis situations in that field.
