TTC MARCONI published a new book “Converged Security”

Towards the end of 2019, TTC MARCONI, in cooperation with the Tomas Bata University (TBU) Institute of Security Engineering, completed the research project VI20172019054 “Application Program Module for Real-Time Resilience Assessment in Converged Security” from the grant program of the Ministry of the Interior.

As a part of this project, TTC MARCONI and TBU published a book entitled “Converged Security”. The book focuses on the security area that TTC MARCONI has been addressing in the long term, with an emphasis on linking individual types of security – especially physical, operational and cyber – into one converged whole. Martin Bajer, Václav Kopáček and Petr Malík participated in the book on behalf of TTC MARCONI. In their chapters, they focused on the importance of converged security and on the benefits of the use of superstructure information systems and their other possibilities in terms of resilience of critical infrastructure elements.

The professional collective monograph is intended for all those who want to get acquainted with new trends in security assurance; it explains the advantages of interconnecting individual types of security into a complex whole. The book  will be appreciated by organizations’ security management, integration platform creators, physical, operational and cyber security service providers, as well as security students. The book is available in the Czech language only. If you are interested in the book, please write to us at ttcm@ttc.cz; we will be happy to send it to you.
