What data do we collect?

We collect your first name, last name, and email address. In the event of a contract being concluded, we also collect the company name, ID No., VAT No., and billing address.

Why do we collect the data?

We collect data so that we can respond to your inquiries. If the subject of the inquiry is a request for goods or services, the data is further collected and stored so that we can send you the requested offer and subsequently conclude and fulfill a contract, as well as related legal obligations.

How long do we store the data?

After sending a response to your inquiry, the data is deleted unless its retention is necessary for future contract fulfillment.

Your rights?

You have the right to ask what data we process, for what purpose, to what extent, for how long, and who has access to it. You may request the correction or deletion of this data. You may request to stop receiving email messages.
