KONOS: The Heart of the Municipal Police’s New Dispatcher in Prostějov

The Prostějov Municipal Police has recently chosen TTC MARCONI´s modern KONOS solution as its dispatching workplace to unify all communication technologies into one dispatching terminal. Thanks to its intuitive control operations and easy to use interface, the police constables will have all necessary information close at hand. The possibility of transferring calls from the 156-emergency line to other organizations of the Integrated Rescue System will speed up the reaction to complex situations, and the integration with the VIOLET information system will also provide officers with access to up-to-the-minute information about directly solved cases in the dispatcher workplace.

KONOS is a proven system used by many medical emergency services and municipal police throughout the Czech Republic. Its implementation in Prostějov is additional proof of its reliability and ability to adapt to various requests.
