Services - Technical Support and Training

Every customer needs to have at their disposal, to a greater or lesser extent, qualified technical staff. Amongst the basic requirements placed on these employees is the efficient and safe use of all required properties of the technologies and solutions which they have at their disposal. In order to be able to meet these requirements in full, we offer the option of training customer employees in various technical tasks. Training covers all required areas, from installation via basic and more complex configurations, up to the analysis of any problems that may occur. Employees are naturally also trained in the proper means of eliminating any problems found. If it is advantageous and profitable to the customer to utilise long-term technical support, even after the training of its own staff, for example in the form of long-term ‘supervision’ or assistance with complicated interventions in the system, then naturally they shall have to option to agree such technical support by contract.
